Anne’s Club™ minimum order is N150,000** for all new orders; and a minimum of N100,000** for re-orders
Sizes: For diapers and other sized products, three different sizes must be ordered for any chosen brand. Sizes need not be consecutive.
Quantity: A minimum quantity of 6 cartons in the same size must be ordered.

HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through our general shop by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names) and quantities. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.
Prices shown on our website are for retail. Wholesale discount prices are between 5 – 15% of our retail prices. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
Anne’s Club™ orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept bank transfers only. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 21 days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock, so all orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.
Based on the frequency of wholesale purchase, Anne’s Club™ would determine whether an account should be upgraded to wholesale account.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
We ensure all shipments leaving our store are in good condition (exclusive of loading and unloading defects to boxes). Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 3 – 5 business days. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order. At this time, we do not offer pickup services but can agree to a pickup from a neutral location as decided by Anne’s Club™.
Wholesale purchases are exempted from all other discounts running in store.
